ScrapeNow support

Installation, account, billing, privacy, and extraction help.

Installation and updates

Include your Windows version, installed ScrapeNow version, and the exact installation or update message. Microsoft Store builds are installed and updated through the Store.

Capture problems

Include the source domain, capture mode, whether login was required, and the visible error. Never email passwords, browser cookies, access tokens, or private API keys.

Extraction and credits

Include the local run ID, approximate time, selected effort, requested fields, and whether the job completed. Do not attach sensitive captured content unless support specifically requests a redacted sample.

Account and billing

Contact us from the email used for your ScrapeNow account and include the Stripe invoice or receipt ID. Never send card details. Use Billing in the desktop app to download invoices, update payment methods, change plans, or cancel through Stripe's secure portal.

Privacy and deletion

Use the subject “Privacy request” for account data requests. Local SQLite data and exports remain on your device and must be removed locally.

Response target

During the private beta, we aim to reply within two business days. This is a target, not a guaranteed service-level agreement.
